A gel manicure in Singapore usually costs $30 to $50. Plan on about $35 for an express gel manicure and about $50 for a classic one.
But the same gel manicure starts at $18 at one well-reviewed salon at Far East Plaza and $68 at another in Kampong Glam. Here’s what each budget gets you, and the best-reviewed salons at each price, from the menus of 72 salons we checked this month.
Pick your budget
Every salon below is rated 4.7 or higher on Google with at least 100 reviews (when we checked) and prices its gel manicure on its own menu. Tap a salon to see its full menu and request a booking.
Under $30
What to expect: almost all in town, and 6 of the 15 salons in this range are at Far East Plaza. Expect an express service: shape and colour, with little or no cuticle work. Fewer salons clear our usual bar here, so this row also takes salons rated 4.7 or higher with at least 50 reviews.

$30 to $50
What to expect: where most salons sit, 39 of the 72 we checked, and the widest spread across the island. Most list an express and a classic price side by side, so you can see what the extra cuticle and hand care costs before you book.

$50 and up
What to expect: the top quarter of salons, in town and in the heartlands. Here you are paying for a longer, more pampering service and a calmer room rather than a different gel, so check what’s included before you book.

What gel nails cost, by service
Typical starting prices on Singapore salon menus, October 2026.
Cheaper and pricier areas

- Middle: Orchard Road, around $35, and Tampines, around $45.
- Priciest: Tanjong Pagar, around $55.
4 things that change your bill
- Express or classic. Express is shape and colour; classic adds cuticle care and usually costs about $15 more. Check which one the “from” price is for.
- Removing your old set. Soaking off gel from another salon is often charged separately, so mention it when you book.
- Nail art. The menu price is usually for one plain colour. French tips, chrome and designs are added per nail or per set.
- Halal or non-toxic gel. Breathable halal gel and some “clean” brands usually cost more than the standard gel on the same menu, so ask if it matters to you.
